Over the course of his 30+ year career, Ron has helped develop strategies and long-term marketing and communication programs for some of the world's most important companies, non-profit organizations and government entities. He is also widely recognized for his ability to bring corporate and non-profit organizations together and for forging partnerships between the public and the private sectors.
Ron often takes a leadership role in legislative and regulatory issues, outreach to ethnic communities and local community affairs, often personally serving as a liaison between key public officials and corporate decision makers.
Ron is the driving force behind the agency's extensive pro bono work for various charitable and non-profit organizations including Operation HOPE, Inc. and the Rape Treatment Center at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center, on whose board he has served for 25 years. He also serves on the boards of CORO Southern California, the Los Angeles Police Foundation, the USC Annenberg School of Communications, Community Advocates and the Council of Public Relations Firms. Ron is also proud to be an advisor to many public officials.
A Los Angeles native, Ron began his career in 1964 in the entertainment industry. Later, he transitioned into the corporate arena and served as partner and executive vice president of Rogers & Cowan, an international public relations organization. During his eight-year tenure there, Rogers supervised the agency's New York and Los Angeles corporate public relations departments, growing the division into a multi-million dollar business.
