Lynne Doll, president and partner of The Rogers Group, is the embodiment of the agency's clarity philosophy. Whether leading marketing efforts to sell consumer products or services, directing massive public education campaigns or managing crisis communications for some of the nation's top corporations, Lynne's determination to get to the core of every issue, and then strip away anything and everything which might cloud the strategy and message that must be communicated, has become central to the agency's operating process.

For more than 25 years, Lynne has been instrumental in expanding the breadth and depth of the agency's expertise and capabilities. A hands-on manager, Lynne personally heads The Rogers Group's risk management and crisis communications practice, and has led the agency's public sector practice for the past 15 years. During that time, The Rogers Group has been recognized within the industry as one of the country's top issues management and social marketing agencies.

Lynne also directs the agency's award-winning social marketing and public education practice, which spans five areas: health, environment, education, early childhood development and transportation. She serves as a key strategist for several major social marketing campaigns, including the California anti-smoking effort, First 5 California’s early childhood development program and a health care educational effort for the state’s Office of the Patient Advocate.

Over the course of her career, Lynne has also helped deliver results for dozens of consumer marketers including Washington Mutual, Wellpoint/Blue Cross, Safeway, Honda and Coca-Cola.

Lynne has been singled out by Inside P.R. magazine as one of the West Coast's most talented professionals. She has won many awards for client programs from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and has been honored as "Outstanding Professional" by the Los Angeles Chapter of PRSA. Named one of six "Women Who Make a Difference" by the Los Angeles Business Journal for her commitment to business and philanthropic communities, Lynne regularly donates her time to non-profit organizations, including Planned Parenthood and the DAISY Foundation. In 2002, she was named "Distinguished Alumni" of California State University, Northridge, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
