Elliott Fils, chief financial officer and partner, has been with the agency for more than 16 years. In his position, Elliott is responsible for The Rogers Group's long-term financial stability and profitability.

Elliott joined The Rogers Group in 1988 as controller and was appointed vice president of finance and administration in 1991. In 1995, Elliott was named chief financial officer and partner. His focus is to ensure the continued financial success and growth of the company. This has enabled the agency to provide the highly competitive compensation benefits packages required to attract and keep the best talent in the industry.

In keeping with the agency's philosophy of giving back to the community, Elliott is devoted to a variety of fundraising activities and pro bono work. He has spoken at numerous industry events and has contributed his time to the agency's mentoring program.

Elliott, a California CPA and a graduate of UCLA, lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
