COMMUNITY

The Rogers Group Community Involvement Program is designed to encourage community participation, recognize and support employees who volunteer, help employees find balance between work and personal interests, strengthen our existing pro bono efforts, give employees additional opportunities to develop their skills and provide opportunities to for financial contributions to be made to community organizations.

Recent examples of The Rogers Group community involvement includes participating in “Wear Red Day,” benefiting the American Heart Association, building houses for Habitat for Humanity, collecting materials for troops deployed overseas with Blue Star Mothers and helping St. Vincent’s Meals-on-Wheels with meals for homebound elderly and disabled persons.
