Our media strategies group operates in a uniquely fluid manner. Rather than isolate the media relations function, we give it to the professional staffers who know each client best: the account managers that work on the business. They are responsible for developing, cultivating and contacting both traditional and online media with story ideas that resonate. To ensure best practices, our media specialists meet regularly as a group to brainstorm fresh ideas, share media contacts and discuss new approaches … thus adding firepower to the media relations function for all of our clients.

Understanding, appreciating and communicating with America’s multicultural mosaic has become one of The Rogers Group’s most important services. Where appropriate, we partner with firms that specialize in reaching the African American, Asian, and other minority communities to ensure that our clients’ communications to all their customers and stakeholders are culturally appropriate. Recognizing that Latinos are the fastest growing minority in the U.S., and already a majority population in certain important markets, we founded our Latino Strategies Group on the belief that the more we understand this important population, the more effective all of our programs will be, regardless of whether the assignment is Latino-specific or not. In addition to servicing clients that have retained us specifically for Latino communications programs, our bilingual, bicultural Latino Strategies Group is also a key resource to our other specialty practitioners.
